Great location, close to both city and nature. the apartment was well-prepared for cold temperatures and spacious enough. the personnel was very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. there were many nearby activities offered that added to the overall experience.
The Wi-Fi connection was not available in the rooms or apartments, which was an inconvenience. the mattresses were quite hard, and there was some noise from the nearby road that may disrupt light sleepers.

The hotel's location is great for exploring the nearby Salzburg city and the Salzkammergut area. the breakfast provided is delicious and perfect to start your day. Many activities for kids are available, such as trampoline, mini zoo, and beautiful surroundings to explore. the apartments are a good size, spacious and warm even during cold weather.
The hotel lacks Wi-Fi connection in the rooms and apartments, making it difficult to stay connected with their loved ones or for business.

Great getaway with awesome amenities. Loved the cozy ambiance of the apartment with all mod cons. The location was perfect as it's only a short drive from the city and conveniently close to winter activities. We also enjoyed the inflatable ride track and the trampoline in the garden.
The bed mattresses were too hard for our liking, and traffic noise was sometimes disturbing- not ideal when you’re trying to get a good night's rest. the duvets were a bit thick for the summer heat.

The staff were helpful and cute, answering all my questions and making me feel at home. The location was great, with beautiful surroundings and lots of nearby activities to choose from. The hotel facilities were also great, with a cosy common area and a lovely garden filled with kid's attractions and trampolines. The breakfast was delicious and a perfect start to the day.
